I recently went vegan as I mentioned in todays video, that today Monday the 12 marks 17 days! Yay! Many have asked why I did, and although a video on that will come I just want to wait a little longer. I thought I could mention just a little bit now. We did not go vegan for our own health reasons, those are just perks! We truly care about our planet and the innocent animals. Although I use to eat meat I was very unaware of factory farms and how devastating they truly are. This is my choice and not something I want to push onto you. That is why I mentioned in the intro you can customize this meal prep to your needs and your favorite foods! I love you guys and have an awesome day!

In this, What I eat in a day video, I will show you a full day of eating in my regular, daily life. I like to keep it simple, to have good and healthy food available is a must when you’re on the run and work out a lot. Since a couple of months back I’m also a vegetarian, so my meals do look a bit different than before. I usually eat breakfast and the typical meal is oats with protein powder. I also eat a snack before lunch, then a snack again before dinner. To finish the day off I eat casein protein as a night meal. I think it’s important to always give your body new fuel so that you always are fit for fight, both physically and psychologically.

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY – FULL DAY OF EATING!
QUICK & HEALTHY MEALS.
Overnight Oats Recipe: (I don’t measure exact amounts)
1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
1 scoop of Peanut Butter
Squirt of Honey
Top with Shaved Almonds & Honey.
Leave in fridge overnight and then eat!
Tuna Rice Salad Recipe:
3/4 pack of Brown Rice – Heat for 2 mins in microwave.
Add tin of tuna mixed with sweetcorn and mayonnaise.
Turkey Bolognese Recipe:
Chop half a white onion, 1 sweet red pepper and a garlic clove and place into frying pan with olive oil.
Add 250g Turkey mince meat
Add a squirt of ketchup and two caps of white vinegar.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, mixed herbs and crushed chillies.
Add spinach and serve with pasta!
