Staying Fit


As requested, here are some tips for staying fit and healthy during the work or school year.
Like I said, please don’t feel you have to be or look a certain way when it comes to health. Go by how you feel, and by this I mean your energy levels, mood swings, your body, etc. Never measure your worth or beauty by a number on a scale or a measuring tape. Everyone is built differently! Progress towards the healthiest YOU and that is where you will find happiness and content.
