WHAT I EAT IN A DAY – FULL DAY OF EATING!
QUICK & HEALTHY MEALS.
Overnight Oats Recipe: (I don’t measure exact amounts)
1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
1 scoop of Peanut Butter
Squirt of Honey
Top with Shaved Almonds & Honey.
Leave in fridge overnight and then eat!
Tuna Rice Salad Recipe:
3/4 pack of Brown Rice – Heat for 2 mins in microwave.
Add tin of tuna mixed with sweetcorn and mayonnaise.
Turkey Bolognese Recipe:
Chop half a white onion, 1 sweet red pepper and a garlic clove and place into frying pan with olive oil.
Add 250g Turkey mince meat
Add a squirt of ketchup and two caps of white vinegar.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, mixed herbs and crushed chillies.
Add spinach and serve with pasta!
